Programs at Winfree Preschool
The preschool is in session from 9:15 a.m. to 12:15 each day, Monday through Friday. The three-year-old classes meet two or three days per week, and four-year-old classes three or five days per week. Afternoon classes meet from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Toddler and two-year old classes meet from 9:30 - 12:00 one or two days per week. Junior Kindergarten classes meet either four or five days a week.
Ages 16 Months - 24 Months (must turn 1 year of age by May 1st )
Toddlers attend preschool one day per week (Wednesday or Thursday)

Children who will be two years old on or before April 30th can enroll in our two day a week class on either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. Children who are two years old by September 1st may attend our one day class on Fridays.

Mixed Threes and Four-Year Old Class
Children who have had their three year or four year birthday by September 30th have the option of attending our mixed class on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. The school day begins at 1:00 p.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. for this group.

Winfree has two options for children wishing to enroll in our Junior Kindergarten Program. Our five day a week morning class (JK1) is for children who will be five years of age by September 30th.

Our afternoon JK2 class meets Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A child must be 5 years of age by February 28th in order to enter JK2.

Extended Care is available for students enrolled in three year old classes or older. The hours are 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. This program provides children an opportunity to play in a mixed age group where fun and learning go hand-in-hand. Lunch is packed from home. An extra fee applies.

Preschool Chapel
Once each month our 3, 4 and 5 year-old students walk across the breezeway to the sanctuary to meet and learn from the pastors of our church. In these short sessions, children hear Bible stories and sing familiar songs like Jesus Loves Me and I like to Go to Church. Parents are enthusiastically invited to attend. No extra cost.

Lucky Lunch
Lucky Lunch is offered on Tuesday and Wednesday from 12:15 - 1:15 p.m. Children enjoy eating a packed lunch from home with peers and experiencing the "big kid" lunch scene. An extra fee applies.
